If inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unverifiable information is affecting your credit report, we assist with credit file review, dispute preparation, and investigation tracking in accordance with federal law.

The $79 review fee is invoiced only after the review is delivered.
If you proceed with ongoing services, the $79 is applied as a credit toward your first completed service cycle.

If you choose to proceed, Lumera Services provides structured credit repair and dispute advocacy services on a month-to-month basis.
Formal dispute correspondence is prepared and submitted to the appropriate credit reporting agencies and, when applicable, data furnishers.
Investigation timelines are tracked. Credit bureaus generally have up to 30 days (and in some cases 45 days) to respond under federal law.
Bureau responses are reviewed to determine outcomes and whether additional dispute preparation is appropriate.
If necessary, follow-up dispute preparation and continued case management are provided during subsequent service cycles.
Billing is month-to-month.
Fees are charged only after services are performed during a completed service cycle.
You may cancel at any time in accordance with your signed service agreement.
