Lumera Services assists clients with structured communication and negotiation efforts involving delinquent, charged-off, or collection accounts.
Lumera acts solely as a negotiation facilitator on behalf of the client.
Services are provided in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.
Services may include:

✔ Maintaining structured documentation for each account
Each account is handled individually using a documented negotiation process.

Lumera Services LLC does not collect, hold, or manage settlement funds.
All settlement payments are made directly by the client to the creditor or collection agency.
No settlement is finalized without the client’s express approval.
Negotiation fees are charged per successfully negotiated account.
Fees are earned only after:
• Written settlement confirmation is received from the creditor or collection agency
• The client reviews and approves the settlement terms
If no settlement is reached for a specific account, no negotiation fee is charged for that account.
Settlement Amount $500 or less
Negotiation Fee: $75 per account
Settlement Amount $501 – $2,000
Negotiation Fee: $150 per account
Settlement Amount $2,001 – $5,000
Negotiation Fee: $250 per account
Settlement Amount over $5,000
Negotiation Fee: $350 per account
Negotiation fees are separate from any payments made to creditors or collection agencies.
Lumera does not receive creditor payments.
Lumera Services LLC does not guarantee:
• Settlement acceptance
• Debt reduction amounts
• Credit report deletion
• Specific financial outcomes
Lumera Services LLC:

• Does not consolidate debt
• Does not lend money
• Does not pool client funds
Creditors and collection agencies make independent decisions regarding settlement offers.
